Working principle

Driven by dual motors, two sets of rotors connected in series rotate at high speed at the same time. After the material enters the inner cavity of the machine, it is first crushed by the upper rotor, and then crushed again by the hammer of the rapidly rotating lower rotor. The materials in the inner cavity collide and crush each other rapidly, achieving the effect of hammer powder and material powder, forming particles with a discharge size of less than 3 mm.

Performance characteristics

Wear-resistant and durable: High-alloy wear-resistant hammer head is used, and the hammer head and hammer handle are used in combination. Only the hammer head is replaced, not the hammer handle; the unique shift gap adjustment technology does not need to be repaired after the hammer head is worn, and the moving position can be used repeatedly, and one pair of hammer heads can be used as three pairs of hammer heads.

Uniform wear: The crusher rotates in both directions. Through continuous equal shift and bidirectional operation, the wear between the hammer head and the crushing tooth plate can be uniform, reducing the frequency of shutdown to replace wearing parts.

High-quality discharging: uniform discharging particle size, large crushing ratio, high output, low energy consumption, more than 20 tons of materials can be crushed per hour, and the cost of crushing each ton of coal slag does not exceed 1.8 yuan.
