Working principle
After the material enters the crushing chamber of the roller sand making machine, it is subjected to the meshing force of the rotating roller shaft and is forced to pass between the two rollers. At the same time, it is squeezed and sheared by the roller shaft and begins to break. The broken small particles are thrown to the bottom of the machine through the gap between the two roller shafts along the tangent of the roller rotation. The large particles exceeding the gap continue to be broken into small particles and discharged.
Structural composition
Roller: It is the main component for crushing. It is cast from 45# cast steel and embedded in the main and auxiliary shafts. The surface can be designed with teeth or smooth.
Adjustment device: A wedge or gasket adjustment device is installed between the two rollers. The gap between the two rollers is adjusted by adjusting the bolt to pull up or lower the wedge, or increase or decrease the number and thickness of the gaskets, so as to control the particle size of the discharge.
Drive device: It is driven by two motors to the groove wheel or shaft through a V-belt or a reducer to drag the rollers and rotate in relative directions.
Frame and body: The frame is welded from steel sections and plays a supporting role; the body is cast from high-quality cast iron, with an upper and lower split structure, cast into a closed box form, the roller is installed in the box, and wear-resistant liners are often installed on both sides of the cover.
