When a certain amount is reached, it enters the hst160h single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for medium and fine crushing. The medium and fine crushed materials are screened by the 4yzs2160 vibrating screen. Those that meet the finished product specifications directly enter the finished product area, and those that are larger than the finished product specifications must be returned for crushing again. The final sand and gravel particle size is 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-40mm.

Production process: Taking the Inner Mongolia customer case as an example, the feeder evenly feeds the granite into the HD86 jaw crusher for coarse crushing, and then enters the HPM200 cone crusher for further crushing. The crushed material is screened by the vibrating screen, and the qualified finished product is output as stone. The unqualified material can be returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing. In the Shandong customer case, the jaw crusher is first used for coarse crushing, then the impact crusher is used for crushing, and finally the vibrating screen is used for screening to form a closed loop.

Production process: After the large stone enters the silo, it enters the pe750×1060 jaw crusher through the tsw1139 feeder for primary crushing, and then the belt conveyor sends the primary crushed stone to the hpt300c cone crusher for secondary crushing. After crushing, the belt conveyor transports the stone to the 3yzs2160 vibrating screen for screening. After screening, the stone with a particle size of 0-5mm, 5-15mm, and 15-25mm is output by the belt conveyor as the finished material, and the stone larger than 25mm directly enters the cone crusher for secondary crushing.
