The impact plate is generally welded with steel plates, and the impact surface is equipped with a wear-resistant lining plate. It can also be composed of impact rollers or grate plates. The forms are mainly divided into two types: broken line and arc line.

Adjustable discharging particle size: The discharging particle size can be adjusted in a variety of ways, such as adjusting the rotor speed, adjusting the gap between the impact plate and the grinding chamber, etc. The gap adjustment can be performed mechanically or hydraulically1.

Type

Impact plate crusher: The high-speed impact of the impact plate and the rebound effect of the impact plate are used to make the material repeatedly impacted and crushed1.
Impact hammer crusher: The material is crushed by impacting the hammer head rotating at a high speed1. Single-rotor impact crusher: The structure is relatively simple. The material blocks are fed from the feed port. After the grate screen, rotor, impact plate and other components act, the crushed materials are discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the casing.
Dual-rotor impact crusher: It has two rotors. The materials are impacted and crushed multiple times between the two rotors in turn. The crushing effect is better and the production capacity is larger, but the structure is relatively complex.
