Detailed introduction of heavy hammer crusher:
Working principle 1
Impact crushing: The main working part of the heavy hammer crusher is the rotor composed of hammers. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material enters from the feed port above. The high-speed rotating hammer collides with the material, causing the material to be subjected to strong impact and crushed.
Grinding and screening: A screen plate is set under the rotor. Particles smaller than the size of the screen hole will pass through the screen plate and be discharged, while coarse particles larger than the size of the screen hole will be blocked on the screen plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammer, and finally discharged from the machine through the screen plate. By adjusting the gap between the grate bars, the particle size of the discharge can be changed to meet the specific needs of different users.
Structural composition
Rotor component: It is the core component of the heavy hammer crusher, consisting of a main shaft, a disc, a pin shaft and a hammer. The hammer is installed on the pin shaft and rotates around the main shaft at high speed with the disc to hit and crush the material.
Crushing Chamber: It is composed of upper box and lower box, etc., which provides space for material crushing. The material is crushed by the impact and collision of the hammer head in the crushing chamber.
Feeding Device: It is usually located at the top of the crusher, used to evenly feed the material to be crushed into the crushing chamber to ensure that the material can smoothly enter the crusher for crushing.
Grate Device: It is installed under the rotor, which plays the role of screening and controlling the particle size of the discharge. Only materials smaller than the gap between the grate bars can be discharged through the grate bars, and materials larger than the gap will continue to remain in the crushing chamber for further crushing.
Performance characteristics
Large crushing ratio: It can crush larger-sized materials into smaller-sized products at one time, which can save the initial crushing equipment such as jaw crusher, reduce the process flow, and improve production efficiency1.
High production efficiency: It has a large processing capacity and can process a large amount of materials per unit time, which reduces production costs and improves economic benefits1.
Uniform product particle size: The particle size of the product after crushing by the heavy hammer crusher is relatively uniform, with less over-crushed powder, which can meet the requirements of different users for product particle size1.
Low operating cost: Simple structure, compact assembly, relatively light weight, easy maintenance, less wear, and low power consumption, which reduces the operation and maintenance cost of the equipment1.
Wide range of applications: It is suitable for crushing various medium-hardness and brittle materials, such as limestone, coal, coal gangue, shale, etc., and is widely used in cement, mining, coal preparation, power generation, chemical industry and building materials industries1.
Installation and operation 1
Installation requirements: The equipment should be installed on a concrete foundation, and a hardwood pad or other shock-absorbing material should be placed between the equipment and the concrete foundation; pay attention to the center position of the motor and rotor shaft to ensure that the two are parallel.
Operation instructions: Before starting, check the bearing lubricant, fasteners, foreign matter in the machine body, the gap between the hammer and the screen bar, etc., and manually turn the rotor to confirm that it is normal; if any abnormality is found after starting, stop immediately and eliminate the problem; after the equipment is running normally, feed evenly, check the screen bar status regularly, and pay attention to the bearing temperature rise; stop feeding before stopping, and turn off the motor after all the materials are crushed.
Maintenance and overhaul 1
Daily maintenance: Regularly check the wear of various parts of the equipment, such as the hammer head, screen bar, bearing, etc., and replace the parts with severe wear in time; keep the equipment clean, and regularly clean the debris and dust in the crushing chamber; check the oil level and quality of the lubricating oil, and add or replace the lubricating oil in time.
Fault overhaul: When the equipment has faults such as increased vibration, decreased output, and uneven discharge particle size, it should be stopped for inspection in time to find out the cause of the fault and repair it. If the rotor is not balanced when replacing or assembling hammers, resulting in increased vibration, the hammers should be removed and the appropriate hammer quality and quantity should be reselected to ensure the rotor is balanced.
