Working principle
After the large pieces of materials are crushed into small particles by the crusher, they are sent to the storage bin by the elevator, and then sent to the bulk material disk on the upper part of the turntable in the main machine through the vibrating feeder. The main machine motor drives the main shaft and turntable to rotate, and the turntable drives the grinding roller to rotate and roll in the grinding ring raceway. Under the action of centrifugal force, the materials are scattered to the periphery and fall into the grinding cavity, and are impacted, rolled and ground into powder by the grinding roller. The high-pressure fan draws external air into the machine and brings the crushed materials into the powder selector. After the impeller is screened, the unqualified coarse powder falls back to the re-grinding, and the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone powder collector with the air flow. The dust falls and is discharged as the finished product, and a small part of the fine dust enters the dust collector for collection.

High product fineness: The finished product fineness can be adjusted arbitrarily between 325 mesh and 3000 mesh, and the fineness can reach D97≤5μm at one time.
Safe and reliable: There are no rolling bearings or screws in the grinding chamber, and there is no problem of bearings and their seals being easily damaged and screws being loose and damaging the machine.
Environmentally friendly and clean: A pulse dust collector is used to capture dust, and a muffler is used to reduce noise, which meets environmental protection requirements.
Long life of wearing parts: The grinding roller and grinding ring are forged with special materials. Under the condition of the same material and finished product fineness, the service life of wearing parts is 2-3 times longer than that of impact crushers and turbine crushers.
Scope of application
It is mainly suitable for ultrafine powder processing of non-flammable and explosive brittle materials with medium and low hardness and Mohs hardness ≤ 6, such as calcite, limestone, kaolin, talc, mica, barite, gypsum, graphite, fluorite and more than 100 other materials.
