Classification

Classification by sintering or not 1

Sintered brick machine: The bricks produced need to go through the firing process, such as the traditional clay brick machine, which uses clay as the main raw material and is made into bricks through mixing, extrusion, molding, firing and other processes. However, due to serious damage to arable land, its use has gradually been restricted.
Unburned brick machine: Use waste coal gangue, shale, stone powder, fly ash, etc. to make bricks. It does not go through the firing process, is more environmentally friendly and saves resources, and has been vigorously promoted by the country.

Pneumatic Brick Machine: Use the power generated by compressed air to push the mold to form bricks. The structure is relatively simple and the cost is low, but the production efficiency and product quality are relatively low.

Vibration Brick Machine: Through high-frequency vibration, the material is compactly formed in the mold, which can fully fill the mold with the material and improve the density and strength of the brick.

Hydraulic Brick Machine: Relying on hydraulic pressure to achieve high-precision molding, it has the advantages of high pressure, good molding effect, and precise product size. It is widely used in the production of various high-quality brick products.

Automatic brick machine: It has a highly automated control system and can realize the automated operation of a series of production processes such as raw material transportation, mixing, molding, and stacking. It has high production efficiency, stable product quality, and reduces manual labor intensity and cost.

Semi-automatic brick machine: Some production links require manual operation, such as adding materials and taking bricks, etc. The degree of automation is relatively low, but the price is relatively cheap, which is suitable for some small and medium-sized brick factories.

Manual brick machine: It mainly relies on manual operation to complete the molding process of brick blanks. It has low production efficiency, high labor intensity, and unstable product quality. It is generally used in small workshops or temporary production.

Classification by Output Size

Large Brick Machine: Suitable for large production lines, high output, high degree of automation, able to meet the needs of large-scale production, usually equipped with advanced control systems and efficient production equipment.

Medium Brick Machine: Suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises, with moderate output, able to meet the production needs of a certain scale, with good cost performance.

Small Brick Machine: Suitable for family workshops or small-scale production, with low output, small equipment footprint, low investment cost, but relatively low production efficiency and automation.

Working Principle

Vacuum Brick Machine: Use a clay mixer to mix the clay, add some sand and stone powder, mix evenly, and then transport it to the vacuum brick machine through a conveyor belt, and then squeeze it through the vacuum pressure of the vacuum brick machine to form brick blanks. After the brick blanks come out, they are cut by the blank separator to form brick blanks of uniform size, and then they are automatically grabbed by the blank stacking machine, placed in the kiln car, and fired in the kiln1.
Fly ash brick making machine: Use a jaw crusher to crush the quicklime, grind it in a pulverizer, mix it evenly with other ingredients, enter the digestion bin for digestion, enter the wheel mill for wheel rolling, and press it into shape by a hydraulic brick machine, enter the autoclave for autoclave curing, and become a finished product after about ten days of drying1.
Unburned brick machine: Through high-pressure extrusion, cement, sand, water and other raw materials are mixed in a certain proportion and pressed into blocks, and then naturally air-dried or machine-dried to obtain finished bricks.
