Working principle 1
The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission device, and the moving cone rotates and swings under the force of the eccentric sleeve. The section where the moving cone is close to the static cone forms a crushing chamber, and the material is crushed by multiple extrusions and impacts of the moving cone and the static cone.
When the moving cone leaves this section, the material that has been crushed to the required particle size falls under its own gravity and is discharged from the bottom of the cone.
Structural composition 1

Crusher main frame assembly: It consists of an upper frame and a lower frame, which are connected by a hydraulic cylinder and have wear-resistant linings and protective covers.
Main shaft assembly: The main shaft and the center hub of the lower frame of the main frame are assembled with a small interference fit on the conical surface, and the main shaft is provided with axial and radial lubricating oil holes.
Eccentric sleeve assembly: A high-lead bronze bushing is installed inside, and a large bevel gear and thrust bearing are installed at the bottom by bolts, and a counterweight assembly is also installed.
Moving cone assembly: The upper part is bolted with a feed plate assembly, the lower part is equipped with a spherical bearing, the outer part is equipped with a moving cone liner made of high manganese steel, and the inner part is equipped with upper and lower high-lead bronze bushings.
Fixed cone assembly: The upper part is equipped with a feed hopper, the inner part is equipped with a high manganese steel wear-resistant liner, and the outer part is a trapezoidal thread that matches the adjustment ring.
Adjustment ring: It is composed of an adjustment ring, a clamping ring, a cam follower and a hydraulic motor. The clamping ring has a trapezoidal thread that can be connected to the fixed cone.
