Structural composition 1
Drum device: It is the core component of drum screen, usually made of stainless steel or carbon steel, with sieve holes of different sizes on the surface, designed in several sections, with the same sieve hole diameter on each section, and arranged from small to large.

Working principle 1
The drum device is installed on the frame at an angle, and the motor is connected to the drum device through a reducer through a coupling. When the material enters the drum device, the tilt and rotation of the drum cause the material on the screen surface to flip and roll. Qualified materials smaller than the size of the screen hole are discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the drum, and unqualified materials larger than the size of the screen hole are discharged through the discharge port at the tail of the drum. At the same time, the flipping and rolling of the material in the drum can eject the material stuck in the screen hole to prevent the screen hole from being blocked.
